Hot and humid weather in Atlanta is very hard on the doors, windows and exterior trim. Wood rot is a common problem that can lead to larger problems for a homeowner. Even the most vigilant homeowner, who carefully maintains their home, can be challenged with the deterioration of their homes trim, windows and doors.

I consult with my customer to assess their concerns, offer a solution and then develop a quote and schedule to repair the damage. I recommend using Hardie product and/or other PVC based trim to replace the rotted wood. These modern trim products will never rot, paint beautifully and leave a professional finish for the homeowner. If the rot damage can be repaired I apply a Bondo product that seals the opening, can be sanded and then painted for a quality finish.
